I am a former educator and school counselor spending 26 years in public education. I gained many insights from this time in my life and use them in my therapy with teenagers and adults.

I was a single mother for 10 years and understand the complexity of parenting alone. I have since been married and can empathize with the struggles marriage and parenting can bring. I can help navigate the issues women face as we get older and understand how taxing the mature years of life can be.
